"You are the better for Guinness"

Barb and Paul popped back into Dublin for a day on their way home after a cruise through France. They had a fantastic trip and wanted to top it off with a pint at the Guinness factory!

Who was I not to oblige!

Plus, it was my second-to-last day of school so it seemed appropriate to celebrate!

I love the Guinness factory. It is a fabulous tour and you get to enjoy a perfectly poured pint at their "gravity bar."

We did it all... walked through the making of the beer (water plus barley plus hops plus yeast plus the brewer!) makes the best beer on the planet!

Then we each learned to pour the perfect pint!

And up to the gravity bar!
